Hello, my name is Austin David Susman. I’m a May 2017 Graduate of Shepherd University with a B.A. in Communication & New Media (Concentration: Digital Filmmaking, Minor: Theatre).
My goals in life are simple. To make media, and make a difference. If I can do one of those things on a daily basis I’m happy. If I can do both, then I’m living the dream.
I’m currently participating in the Disney College Program. Recent employment includes Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for the Shepherdstown Opera House. I’ve also done work on a freelance basis for Charleston’s 84 Agency, creating social media content for various West Virginia based non-profit organizations. On a fun note from 201 to 2017 I worked seasonally as a Semi-Pro Mascot for the West Virginia Power, a Class A Affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
